OUR HISTORY

In 1991, a 2-man partnership was formed and was immediately fortunate enough to begin performing network and computer implementations for a major oncology practice management firm.  This firm was based in Houston but had managed cancer clinic practices and cancer centers throughout the United States.  The partners and employees of Impeccable were instrumental in opening over 450 of these facilities.  In 2001, we set out on a course to diversify from our small number of customers.  Having had the privilege of providing our services to a very discerning customer base for 10 years by then, we knew we had what it took to begin assisting other customers in many different industries.  Our customer base is growing stronger every year and we continue to pour our technical skill, enthusiasm, professionalism, and ethical standards into every project we undertake.  We take great pride in the work we do and in the relationships we've made since our diversification drive began.

HOW WE WORK

In short, we work at the speed you demand of us. Typically, our clients give us plenty of time to schedule all of the hardware and software shipments to the site before we arrive. Prior to beginning our integration on site, we research any site-specific challenges. However, some firms occasionally have "disasters" pop up and we're asked to get there, roll up our sleeves, and fix what’s broken.

Our network and computer technicians perform pre-configurations away from your site whenever possible, so when we arrive at your office we're ready to hit the ground running.  From that point, we've got our noses to the grindstone and continue that way until your new systems are up and running and your people are thoroughly briefed on how things function.  From that point, it's a simple matter of providing preventive maintenance expertise so that your network continues to run properly and your employees, data, and computers are secure.
